Who can play with EasyBet24?

To play with us you need to be over 18 years old and live in a country where the legislation says it’s allowed. Due to license restrictions we can unfortunately not offer our product everywhere. Please check our Terms and conditions to see if your country is restricted.

When am I able to contact Customer support?

International support in English language is available every day (Monday to Sunday) between 09:00 – 22:00 CET.

How do I open an account?

Join in by clicking on "Register" in the top right corner of the navigation bar and simply follow the registration. Remember to enter a valid email address so that you will receive the email to complete your registration.

How can I see my transaction history?

Under “My Account” – “My Wallet” – “Balance history” you can see all transactions on your account.

Can I change currency on my account?

Unfortunately it is not possible to change the currency on your account. The currency is pre-set for the country you reside in and have chosen when you signed up for an EasyBet24 account.

How can I change my account details?

Once logged in, you can edit your account details under ‘My Account’ – ‘My Profile’ and ‘Edit Profile’. Please note that you are able to edit everything. To edit locked fields you need to contact customer service for more information.

I am not able to create a new account, it says my details are already registered?

EasyBet24 only allows one account per player. If you have created an account with EasyBet24 previously, we kindly ask you to play on your existing account. If you can't remember the password to your account, simply click ‘forgot password?’ enter your email and we can send you a reset email.

If you have never signed up for an EasyBet24 account, but your account credentials already exist in our database, contact our Customer Support so that one of our agents can investigate further.

I forgot my password, what should I do?

Request a new password by clicking ‘Login’ and then ‘forgot password?’ and enter your registered email.

I am not sure if I have an account already, what should I do?

Please contact us on live chat. We will be able to check if you have an account already and provide you with your login details. You can only have one account.

Why do I have to register?

What are bonus wagering requirements?
