Customers will need to provide documentation prior to withdrawals. These document may vary from customer to customer, and we can therefore unfortunately not give any exact information beforehand.


However, if you would like to send your documents preventively please proceed with sending us the following:


  1. A colour copy of your photo ID (your government–issued ID card, passport, full driver’s license), front and back. Please note: Provisional / paper driving licenses are not accepted.
  2. A proof of address (an official letter issued by your government, letter from your bank, the police, or your internet/water/landline/cable service provider) - not older than 3 months and showing your name and address. Please note: mobile bills are not accepted as proof of address.
  • It is important to note that the entire document has to be visible. Documents with cut-off corners will not be approved.
  • All documents have to be valid.
  • If you choose to send a print screen, make sure the date on your computer is visible in the picture.
  • In the case of proof of address, kindly make sure that the logo is clearly shown on the document(s).

        3. A proof that your deposit and withdrawal method is actually your.
            For example, in case of an ewallet, a screenshot from your dashboard where it is possible to clearly see your name, surname and address.
