RESPONSIBLE GAMING

Playing can be both entertaining and profitable. However, nobody can win every time and this is part of the game. Therefore, you should always play responsibly and only risk money you can afford to lose.
Are you worried you play too much? Please check out our Responsible gaming tools that can help you set reasonable limits and minimize your risks.

Bet Limit and Deposit Limit
EasyBet24 offers the possibility to help you control the amount you spend on gambling.
Bet limits allow you to limit the amount of money you can bet during a specific period of time. The amount can be chosen over a daily, weekly or monthly period.
Deposit limits allow you to limit the amount of funds you can deposit into the account. The amount can be chosen over a daily, weekly or monthly period. The deposit limit will allow you to restrict the amount of money entering your account, before betting takes place.
You can apply these limits yourself through your account or by contacting customer support.

Time-out
Once you begin your Time-Out, you will no longer be able to deposit funds or play in any of our products. However, you will be able to withdraw any balance you may have. EasyBet24 offers the possibility to activate a Time-out on your account for periods of 24 hours, one week, one month or two months.
You can apply these limit yourself through your account or by contacting customer support.

Self-Exclusion
This functionality enables you to self-exclude yourself from your account for periods of six months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years or Indefinite. During this period you can not access your account.
Self-excluded accounts can only be re-opened by contacting customer support after the self-exclusion period has expired and a 24 hour “cooling off” period is served. Please note that it’s not allowed to create a new account.
Should you wish to permanently close your account due to problem gambling, you should contact customer support as soon as possible. Once this is done you will not be able to re-open the account under any circumstances.
